How to find affiliates for your product.
I have a couple of products that sell pretty good and have a reasonably high payout per sale, and I'm trying to find more affiliates for the product.
I'm using ClickBank and an in-house program (they are seperate), but I haven't really found a good, effective way to advertise the affiliate program.
I've seen some "affiliate directories", and even listed my program on a few, but they mostly seem to highlight their own programs and do little to promote the affiliates listed there.
Are there any good, effective directories or sites that I can list my affiliate program with? Or are there any services that hand-submit to hundreds of affiliate directories?

Re: How to find affiliates for your product.
Hi Newsguy - very good question - you can take a look at our sister site MarketingFind.com as we have an affiliates category there ( http://www.marketingfind.com/showcases/affiliate/). These are more places that vendors come to find places to push their products through networks.
As far as different affiliate programs go - there is a good company here (partnercentric.com) that has their own affiliate programs listed, thus if you have a strong audience of webtraffic that is focussed on a certain niche you can visit these focussed affiliate programs to promote them to your audience - http://www.partnercentric.com/programs.shtml
Either way, call Linda Woods at partnercentric.com she can probably help you.

Posting to relevant forums will be really useful to you, they will make you get to what you was targeting and if they will be high pr then the benefits will be more.

A cheaper alternative is to directly recruit bloggers - a good place to find talented bloggers is through forums - you may even want to check BlogCatalog see sites that are in your ClickBank niche. The market seems to be a good way for Market programs. You have to also try ClickBank affiliate or participate as Shareasale as seller to find affiliates for your product.
