Any help for maintaining the work flow of the system……….

Hi! I am working as a manager in a multi national company. My work is always up to the mark but since last few days I am facing lots and lots of problem as some of my assistants are not giving their work report correctly, they are giving me the fake work report. I want to ask you people that is there any help for me to manage the work flow of my organization?

It seems to me you should think about beneficial ways of teaching your assistants and correcting their mistakes so that they will not make them in the future.

If someone isn't doing their job, or doing it poorly and you as a manager can't discuss or correct this...should you really be a manager?

I think that you need to find the way how to check that and in case if nothing is dome banish people. But to suggest you something i think that you need to pour more information regarding it.
