Increase Page rank and SEO

Hi,
I want to know that Posting in Social sites like orkut,facebook, hi5 etc. would give some good result in increasing page rank? Please tell me . I need expert advice. Thanx.

It DOES help your pagerank a little bit, but as they are so popular and so demanded google doesn't give them the score they deserve. Try submitting to some blogs or directories with high PR, that works better!

Posting to blogs or forums will help to increase ur page rank... but, there is but ... as long as they allow Do Follow and remove their No Follow tags, they will share their page rank with u

But if there has been No Follow tag activated in their website, you will get nothing ... You get traffic, but not helping for page rank

Submit Social bookmarking
Submit Directories
Participating in more forum, Google, Yahoo & Orkut Communities
Article submission,
Blog commenting , pod casting to get back links.
