I am going to outsource the development of social network site and I have found the Ukrainian company working on this field - www.web100.com.ua

The hardest thign about any out sourcing is the language barrier. Even if they are fluent in english you may find it hard to communicate simply because they don't understand the concept you are trying to create.

Can't doubt their abilities... if they are good they are good, but always be wary of the communication barrier.
