they dont have a backup server!!, when the only one server falls down, all the services too...

the web server is too slowww, and the pages take too much time to charge....

Actually this is not true that Fastnext has always problems with the hosting service.This happened only once with one of our servers last week when there was a problem with the root partition. FastNext's support department has restored all the data as quickly as possible and what is more important the data has been neither damaged nor lost. Of course,some troubles with mail and Fantastico appeared after the restoring process was over, but still all these issues have been resolved within the shortest period of time.

Moreover, it is not true that we dont have a backup server. We do have it and backups are made every 24 hours on all the Fastnext servers. If we didn't have the backups, all the data
would have been lost after that root partition problem.
Such things never happened on fastnext servers before because our servers are very stable and powerful. The uptime of the server which had a temporary crash last week was 9 months.
So it was up and running for 9 months without any downtimes.
This week we have got 3 new powerful servers which are going to be set up in a week and the new clients will have be put on these servers. The old servers will be monitored as they they were monitored earlier and we can guarantee you that they will be running without any downtimes. Our uptime guarantee is 99%.
