Best Cost for PR5 pages

I would like to have your opinoins so that users of this forum formualte an average cost for upto PR5 pages. One way links and we talk of PR only not other factors.

So what is your opinion shall be per month cost of One way links for:-

1. PR3
2. PR4
3. PR5

It is difficult to estimate, as a webmaster you should look for all factors not just PR, IMO today PR is of not much of importance, try to deal with sites having high traffic and relevant to your site.

It is not like some 100% correct value, it is just that in case you have been in it for a while you can vow for an average price.
