What i will suggest you to go with Dedicated server rather then reseller hosting.

Hi, points 12 and 29 nare really difficult to meet, #12 as there's usually a limit of of 200-300 emails per hour on shared accounts, #29 there's no bad or good hosts, there are hosts suitable for you and not.
