I need DNS hosting service with 4 domains. My budget is $80. I've been surfing the Internet for a long while and found Myriadnetwork.com.

A DNS hosting service is a service that runs Domain Name System servers. Most, but not all, domain name registrars include DNS hosting service with registration.
Myriadnetwork.com provides it but I don't think it's the only company that does it.

Are you trying to change A records, MX and CNAMES?
If so most domain registration companies will offer that through their domain name management area.
