High avaibility reseller host with cpanel+whm

Hello,

I have tried some hosting companies, from Dreamhost to Notrio but i keep getting the same problem. If the server my sites are own goes down, there is no other server to keep my sites and mail service online.

Could someone tell me where i can find a serious hosting that will be able to provide me this? ( i guess this is called high avaibility )
