my concern is about reseller hosting offers companies usually offer.
How are resellers suppose to compete with the parent company?
example Parent company offers like 200 GB space 2.5 TB transfer for 7-8 bucks and you have to offer 10 times less for more money to make a difference, does this make sense?
why would average joe sign up with me and pay 15$/mo for 20GB hosting and 500GB when he can get 10 times more for half the price?

someone please explain the logic if you see somethiing that I dont.

First thing, the resourses you mentioned are very heavily oversold and not realistic. Second, if someone wants to start a company, in this case a hosting company, you need to find your own niche. Don't compete with people offering amounts you mentioned, find a different niche and market there.
