Forum backlinks or blog comments, which is better for SEO rankings?

In my opinion, Both are the best method to create backlinks and drive a traffic to website. Normally, Most of forum site are do follow where blog comments are no follow links but google likes both links. With the help of both method, you can get easily quality backlinks and high pagerank of your website.
