I have a little Problem with my website

I do SEO all of my sites but I found out one website that is not ranking on google. I don't know what is the reason!

Can you help me to figure it out?

Is the site old enough for indexing? Sites take time to get indexed by google as I know.

Check out that website is indexed or not.
If that website is indexed previously then may be it get banned from the search engines
