Looking for host :cURL installed on the command line.

Hi I want to find a RELIABLE and HONEST shared Linux web hosting company who has cURL installed on the command line. It is extremely important for the shopping cart in order to work with the payflow pro payment gateway. I would prefer a host with cpanel because I don’t want to download the files and databases on my pc; and then re upload to the new server because I do not want to pay for the shopping cart company for the configuration of the shopping cart. I wish to be a customer for many many years!
