Hostcats.com is an unprofessional company. Stay away from their VPS hosting plans.

I signed up for their VPS plan and nothing worked! They have rude customer support and don't even know how to properly setup and manage a VPS. On their website, they have advertised a 100 day money back guarantee. But, when I asked for my money back after 5 days of signing up, they refused saying that 100 day money back guarantee does not apply to VPS plans. They even abused me through email when I asked for refund. Complete waste of time and money....
