Looking for magento commerce and zend web hosting service.

I have been looking for web hosting company quite long period of time.
I have seen that Hostgator.com is one of the best web hosting companies and at the same time I haven't seen a lot of that on their web site.
Other provider I consider is http://www.simplehelix.com/
They can handle all that I need and at the same time I need to find some opinion on them (if they had a customer forum that would be great)
