Who Would the Best Host for me?

Hello,

I have been looking around for a good "Shared Server" Web Host to host my web site. I want to keep a maximum of $9 - $12/mo. for the hosting fees. As for specific features, I would like to have a good amount of bandwidth for my site, and support for CGI, php, SSI and Perl Scripts, though Perl is not completely necessary. I don't have a domain yet, but I'm looking into a .us domain. At the moment, there are a few hosts that I'm looking at:

Host Gator
Host Rocket
Host Department

Any Suggestions?
