What do you mean?You really believe that you can offer unlimited space for your user?
It can't be true,because everything in the Earth has space that can't be unlimited,everything has limits and hosting services are not the exclusion.

I DON'T BELIEVE THESE WORDS!!!!It's a great problem this period of time-hosting companies provide services,but their services are not reliable,there is any proportion between offerd services and the price for them.
You've paib for service and that time you need it,you couldn't connect with your hosting provider or if a company outsourced their support center to the country with cheap man power,to India(for example) and you can connect with them to ask you need(IT'S GREAT!),but ....your support-man can't understand what you mean(because he doesn't speak english,so he can't help you,he even can't answer you!!!!)
Do you need such support?
Please,firstly read hosting theory,technical theory and only then draw your conclusions.
