No Credit Card Required Provider

Hey all,
Well, simply as the title infers. I am looking for a service provider (for Linux/UNIX or Win) that doesnt require a credit card. I am only able to send a money order or cash because I don't have a credit card nor do I have a checking account. Eventually, I am getting PayPal but not for a while. I need a service provider because free providers don't do it for me anymore. Ain't that odd. <no saracasm intended, really I swear>
Anyone give me a holler if you got a lead on a no credit card provider. I NEED a provider. Got to host my local martial art schools site and my own game fan site <along with Flash >. Simply apply for the new card, swap you debt to the new card, remember to cut up your old card so that you are not tempted to use it again. Now its important to cut up your new card so that you cannot increase your debt.
