Hqhost or mmhosting for shared web hosting account?

It took me about a week to make a comparison research on the good company which offered shared hosting accounts at competitive price. I am hesitating on what company to deal with, hqhost.net or mmhosting.com. I need about 5GB space and 30 GB bandwidth, cPanel would be more than great, etc.
