Default Need to transfer all my files to another host

My current hosting provider started to get on my nerves, so I need to transfer all my files to another web hosting provider.
Need European based host offering attractive linux VPS hosting deals. Have seen 7host.com offered nice web hosting solutions and had servers in Italy. Are they reliable?
RAM 256MB
Disk 10GB
Bandwidth 1 Mbps
Windows

What is the best price for such configuration?

As I know, 7host is trustworthy web hosting provider that has pretty good support team that are helpful in transferring files.
They provide fast international network, friendly technical support and 100% customer satisfaction.

Since you are using Linux, I assume it is the same as myhosting.com in which you can use cPanel and back up all of your files into a zipped file. After you transfer the zipped file onto the new server, just unzip it and it loads everything up.

A member of the government panel investigating a fatal stampede in Cambodia says the group has concluded the tragedy was caused by mass panic when an overcrowded bridge began to sway.
Mak Chito, an interior ministry official on the investigating committee, said in a television interview Wednesday that the panel will likely release an official statement in the next few days. He spoke on state-run Bayron TV.
Hundreds of people were on the narrow suspension bridge after attending a festival on an island in Phnom Penh. Officials say 354 people were killed in the crush of bodies as people tried to get off of the bridge.
Officials earlier said 378 were killed, but they explained Wednesday that some of the bodies counted at hospitals had died of other causes. They said 395 people were injured.

Also, if the OP needs an alternative method, FTP transferring from one server to another is a good plausible option. I know myhosting.com supports the FTP to FTP protocols which not every other host offers.
