If two Web hosts offer the same package, but one is cheaper than the other, would you go for the cheaper of the two? or would you be cautious of the cheaper offer?

You should be aware of the cheap host offers if you choose it. Some may offer cheap for the first may lead to bad support services. So you just verify with the offers also its services offering. Just check some other and ****yse with that which will be better according to you.
I think a lot of it has to do with the customer support involved. A Web host may offer all these sweet things but if you can't talk to someone live, 24/7 about a problem you're having then all the tools in the world won't matter. I got a feeling that's what it comes down to sometimes... any thoughts?

The support serivces not only includes 24/7 talk but it means that the technical services that are provided to you should have value of what you pay. So when you are offered with the cheap offers, you should ****yse both the things that the technical services should be good provided with 24/7 live support.
