I think you should refer www.w3schools.com which will guide you to learn PHP.

PHP is short name for the Hypertext Preprocessor. Basically PHP is a server side scripting language that is using which we can build the dynamic websites for which the PHP connect to the various databases, perhaps the best part of PHP is that its open-source and It can be run on Unix, Linux, Windows.
