According to me these are the best features in windows 7 : Aero Flip and Aero Peek, Command Prompt Here, Calculator, Drag and snap windows, Location-aware printing, UAC silencer, Media streamer playback , HomeGroup , iTunes support in Windows Media Player, Touch controls and DirectAccess .

1. Performance Boost
2. More Restrained UAC
3. Improved Troubleshooting tools
4. XP mode

While I do enjoy the increased performance and speed I also value the overall search feature which many times can locate documents which I have misfiled.

yeah i see that the start menu is looking now so better. its responding fast to any operating system.
