These plans have been carefully laid out to best fit your needs and the server's resources. We guarantee to never oversell our servers! If you do not find anything that suits your needs, you may choose the Create Your Own VPS package, which allows you to choose your own RAM, HD and BW.

Q: Who is Impervious Hosting?
A: Impervious Hosting is a small hosting company with a business model that aims at providing high quality hosting solutions. Because we are a smaller company, we can focus our resources on providing our customers with very specific packages to best suit their needs. All hosting is located on monitored dedicated servers with full hardware warranty and fast hardware replacement guarantee.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payment with Paypal, however you can also use your credit card through Paypal without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Q: Are these VPS's managed or unmanaged?
A: All VPS's are unmanaged, however you can choose LXAdmin or Webmin control panel for free which is a total management system like cpanel.

Q: How much of the CPU do I get?
A: Each VPS has a fair-share of the CPU, which means there is no limit. Rest assured, we allow extra free resources on all our servers, we do not oversell.

Q: Do you allow IRC?
A: No, we do not allow IRC.

Q: Do you allow Adult Content?
A: Yes, however the content must be legal.

Q: Do you allow proxies?
A: No, we do not allow proxies.

Q: Do you offer other control panels like Cpanel or Direct Admin?
A: No we do not. In order to keep costs at the lowest possible, we only provide webmin and LXAdmin. There are alternatives, such as ordering a Cpanel or DirectAdmin VPS license from a reseller for a lesser amount per month than a normal license would cost.

Q: How long does it take for a VPS account to be set up?
A: The delivery time on all VPS accounts is 24 hours after payment is received, however set up times are usually within a few hours.

Q: Do you offer any money-back guarantee?
A: Yes we do. If you decide within 3 days after you pay for an order that you wish to cancel, all payment will be refunded, with the exception of managed install service.
