I am the webmaster of a zen cart based site that is specialized in wholesale stainless steel jewelry

I have been using this lousy company for 4 month by now and i can tell you... it was HELL.

Site UpTime: 98% My site kept crashing down at least once a week. they said it was because of my script ( zen cart ).
Once i was moved it to my new hosting.... not even a single downtime!!!

Speed: Their speed is 10 times slower than my new hosting

Support: It is UnManaged VPS ( something they didn't mention when i signed up ). No one is behind the 24/7 chat support and when finaly i reach someone... they ask me to submit a ticket.

My worst mistake is that I paid a year in advanced.

I didn't ask them to pay me back for the months I have already suffered, Now they are refusing to pay me back the rest of the month of their lousy service.
