How Do I Sell a Domain Name?

I have a domain name that I aquired to resell hosting...

It has very good ranking with Google search engines (#5 under Best Place to Host search term) and I believe it may have some value.

I am not in the business of reselling domains and quite frankly I don't want to be. I just think that I have something of value and I know domains can go for quite a bit of money.

So I need this advice...

1) How much would this domain be worth, is there a way of assesing it's value.

2) Once assessed where do I sell it?

3) How do I go about the transaction do I need to go through a third party?

4) How do I transfer the domain from my GoDaddy account to someone else's account. It does not expire for another 10 months
