Web hosting with large number of outgoing emails

I am ready to find a web hosting service for my wife's brick & motar retail store, but I need one that will allow an almost unrestricted amount of out going emails to our address list composed of "opt-in" customers. And, I would like to compose one email with all our customers addresses in the "bcc:" line and click on the send button once. Or any other technique that I can compose and send to all with just one email.

We use emails for marketing purposes to inform our opt-in customers when we are having a special event, a sale, or other unique "something". Frequency is about one email every two weeks. Currently we have about 450 customer email addresses, but we expect it to grow faster once we get the web site up and running.

Currently I'm living in what seems like the dark ages... No web page and a single email address with only being able to have up to 150 addresses in any one outgoing email. Thus, I have to compose multiple emails to send emails to all our customers. Arrrrg...

And, most of the web hosting services I've contacted are worse than what I'm currently doing as the web hosting services are very concerned about SPAM and are very restrictive about the number of outgoing emails (way below what I can do now).

Anyone know of a web hosting service that can meet my email needs? Probably will need to look at several capacity (storage, transfer, etc.) options and PayPal or some e-comerce capability. Not looking for the cheapest hosting, but also not wanting the most expensive, let's call it MODERATE pricing $20-$45 per month or so.

If you have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. I've been looking for a few days and the hours are adding up with nothing discovered yet.

Or, if you have another way of doing what I want to do, please educate me. I'm all ears.

Instead of a web hoster, you may want to use a third party vendor that specializes in bulk mailing.

Hosting companies will always put restrictions on their email services, as they are and they should be concerned about Spam. One spam complaint can get the host into a blacklist that will disrupt all their customer's email services.

Thanks for the suggestion. Before I saw your post and after looking around "a lot", I found many third party vendors that just do bulk mailing.

Monthly charges are reasonable for our smalll mail list and is based upon the number of subscribers, not the number of emails sent out (like many vendors), however, you can only send out "up to" six times the number of your subscriber limit (works for us). They have open and click-through tracking results, an easy editor (both HTML and text), bounceback handling, and they work to keep themselves off the black lists (even are white listed on many large ISP's & AOL) and I use one of our web site email addresses as the sending email address. Additional individual communication is handled by the same email address via our web site host.

Everything seems to be working OK, so far. Almost everyone on our old email list opted-in right away and I've sent out two bulk emails (it's only been a couple of weeks).

true it will save hosting company's server as sending large amnt of mails forom a server results in excessive sever load and may also result in banning of the servers IP !!
