Thanks for the suggestion. Before I saw your post and after looking around "a lot", I found many third party vendors that just do bulk mailing.

Monthly charges are reasonable for our smalll mail list and is based upon the number of subscribers, not the number of emails sent out (like many vendors), however, you can only send out "up to" six times the number of your subscriber limit (works for us). They have open and click-through tracking results, an easy editor (both HTML and text), bounceback handling, and they work to keep themselves off the black lists (even are white listed on many large ISP's & AOL) and I use one of our web site email addresses as the sending email address. Additional individual communication is handled by the same email address via our web site host.
Everything seems to be working OK, so far. Almost everyone on our old email list opted-in right away and I've sent out two bulk emails (it's only been a couple of weeks).
