I just signed up for a 3-yr account less than 10 days ago and have had constant connection/downtime problems. In fact, it's been down all day today and I'm trying to get my website online. I cannot get ftp access or even access my control panel online.

Support's response is that they're looking into it. If this doesn't get fixed quickly, I'm going to have to take advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee and go with another host.

They have definitely not met their 99.9% network uptime since I signed up.
