I think it's up to you to choose the DC. It depends on your location although I think Santrex.net provides their services on the high level irrespectively their location.

As I see Santrex.net provides shared hosting, VPS and dedis with DDOS protection and they allow adult hosting and warez. And their services are available in EU and America.

Avoid Santrex.net they are scammers. There service is dreadful i could not use my service at all due to downtime and when i requested a refund they ignored me. They don't care about you all they want is your money.

Santrex is the worst company I've ever experienced. Not only would I not recommend them, I recommend you choose anyone but santrex no matter how much extra it costs.
