hi guys..
i am a chinese guy.and i am living canada now..
i have rented a web hosting in Vancouver..but when i put some chinese programs on the hosting, i found it does not work, like the chat room...my friends told me because my program is chinese, there are different access???i dont know the reason,i need help
i want to rent a web hosting which can support the chinese programs with the access...who can help me solve these problems thank you !!!!

i got a plan which need $29/month,and my program need the access to support.my programs made by chinese. in the program,there is a file-global.asa to connect with the access.i think this file can't run,could u tell me the reason?
