The Hosting Factory - Please review

Hi everyone,

I would love for you to visit and review my new web site; The Hosting Factory which is a new web host with the ability to build your own web hosting package.

I've really tried to make the entire site as user friendly as possible, the cube town illustration that runs through the entire site is also interactive on the shared and reseller pages, it will zoom in and select the package. I know this isn't blindingly obvious, see what you think.

If you could test out the Build your own package it would be much appreciated. (please mark as *test* if submitting)

I am open to any constructive criticism and new ideas you throw my way, and I will happily make changes to the site for the better.

I really like the concept of building your own package, great idea.

- You may want to include drop down menus for each selection item?

- I would also like to see an auto-populated shopping cart total on the same page. This way with each addition or change you could see what the price would be.

- Home page loads a bit slow, maybe too many grapics?

- Home page should be shorter so you don't have to scroll to see everything.

Site looks good and pricing is competitive.

Are you considering using an ecommerce platform as one of your packages? We offer private labels of our software and would be interested in talking with you about it.

I made a whole bunch of changes to the web site from comments and suggestions I got from people on this and a couple of other forums. Logo is now in top left corner sliced (also links back home)... I prefer this to the small full logo. ALT tags on hosting packages top right. I got rid of the flash, and replaced it with the current special offer. Added more color to shared and reseller package pages. Reworded a few of the pages with more inclusion of the live help that I am trying to promote people to use.

Well you really need to change your pricing structure. I just selected the max for each option and the price came to $577.00 a month. Globat.com charges only $4.95 a month for a bigger package.
