Experience with...

Does anyone have any experience with Network Solutions (networksolutions.com)?

I've been with them for about 6 months, I run a VBulletin forum and I'm not at all happy with their tech support. I'm curious if it's just me or if others have had problems. My main ***** is that the wait times for my forum are often extremely long and my older users are jumping ship, though just for a day here or a day there. Tech support gives me no explanations, say they test it and it tests fine...and it usually is...and the next day it's the same crap all over again. Having to wait 20-30 seconds for a page to load is just unacceptable. I've got a good forum with a small but loyal following but everyone is getting frustrated with this, especially me. Thanks.

I can't speak about hosting at Network Solutions, because I've never hosted there. But perhaps you may want to check out the forums at the VBulletin website and see if anyone is experiencing the same issue with Network solutions or any other host. You may find information on what may be causing the issue and its resolution.

This is not the first time I am seeing complaints about Networks Solutions. I guess the best thing you can do is to find another hosting co. Fortunately there are too many options, some of them really good too. You may consider web.com or hostingmatters.com, just two of the better option from my experience.
