300gb bandwidth

unlimited email

willing to pay $40 per year...

i will advertise your banner on my site, it gets about 200,000 hits per month..

Unfortunately, even with the advertising, i think that you're asking for too much with paying too little. The majority of hosts would offer that amount of space for $40 a month, not a year.

How much bandwidth and space has this site used in the past? If you'd like to contact me we might be able to come to some sort of arrangement.

I ran a search at http://hostsearch.com/shared_zone.asp and Hosting Corral and Data Bricks claim to offer what you're asking for but I think $40 a month would be more realistic. You get what you pay for...

Your expectations are a bit high. I suggest you revise your budget. Or if your site is of interest to web hosts, they probably an advertising arrangemnt can be worked out. What kind of site are you looking to host?

For paying $40 per year, you shall not get a reliable host although the banner advertisement offer from your side .Apart of your listed requirement you also be in need of other aspect like support/backup/server space/Uptime/credibility/security.

I think any host can give u 7 gb or 10 gb space but giving 300 Gb bandwidth is the most difficult thing !!
