Problems with NETBUNCH

I have spent over a week working with Netbunch to get my website, database and email back up.
No real answer, no solution.
Worst, they lost all my files and databases.
After that they refused to answer any requests.
I almost lost my job. 2 years of work gone.
Please don't go with NETBUNCH. It's been a nightmare!!
