Good reads. I think thou the best thing you can do is pick up the phone and start calling and asking question. Ask the same questions every time you call. See if you get the same answer. Call at all hours of the day. Sometimes you will have only an answering service. I always like to annoying my host when testing them before I purchase.

Yeah, do some research before you make any decision. See if they even pick up your phone or write you an email back for your queries. If their support is not professional and reliable, then just cross them off your list.
