I think I see some better ones on the TopHosts Dedicated Hosting Showcase http://www.tophosts.com/showcases/dedicated.
Looks like HostGator and Aplus.net have cheaper deals.

their uptime gurentee is 99.99% like 5 mins a year of downtime... anything more they said they would reemburse me... and they have 24/7 support
