-email account i can do with atleast one
-dominain name
-domian forwarding
-something so i can transfer my website to your webhosting thing (the cheaper the better)
-also allowing dreamweaver

I've never used a sitebuilder tool, I've found them too limiting on what I want to do. Why not use something like FrontPage, Dreamweaver or Adobe GoLive?
