Hostm...complete idiots?
In 11 years of Web development, I've never experienced this. 2 and a half days my site has been down and my email bouncing. And these idiots act as if it's no big deal, that of course hardware goes down some time!
Strangely, the Hostm forums say nothing about this situation ... they must be censoring the forums. I can't get in, because when I register they send an email for registration confirmation. Which, of course, I can't get, because my email is down! So if you read the hostm forums, youid never know these idiots have taken two and a half days to fix this problem (and it's still not fixed).
Has anyone else had such problems with hostm? I've been with them for a few months, and have had intermittent problems, though nothing like this.
