Linking a referral link to a domain

Hello there, i don't know if i am posting in the right section or not but i hope someone can help me with my problem here.

I has a webhosting account and bought a domain name.
Now how can i make that whenever people enter the domain name they will be redirected to the referral page?
an example is this page => livingonadsense.com/
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, simply ask your hosting provider to do t for you, the technical staff will create linkages for you...
