Hivelocity Hosting anyone?

hey guys, have you heard of this hivelocity hosting? i saw its review from this site webhostingsearch.com/review/hivelocity and it looks ok. But wanted to know if anyone here has tried it out?

It sounds like they have a good support team which i might need, im pretty new to having to host my sites as i used wordpress.com before, and want to make sure im going with an alright company.Any feedback from this hosting provider guys is much appreciated?, My sites are personal and not so big so i dont need anything too fancy but want to have some feedback on this host from "real people" rather than just a review site."
