Do ANY webhosting companies do this...

I need a webhosting company that offers:

A) Cheap hosting <$10 ~ <$30 per month depending on plan

B) Has windows servers and ASP and all that related stuff

C) supports or allows user to install PGP for purpose of email encryption. (on shared hosting not dedicated)

My site is under redevelopment and will soon have shopping cart facilities, however I do not want to have full secure transactions done for credit cards(too expensive in australia), I just want the card details emailed to me from the webform in a secure manner.

If someone can suggest another method to do this, I would appreciate your input.

We can do that but on linux with php

Yeah that is the problem. Everyone can do this on anything BUT windows. would not have been my first choice as a platform for the site but then it wasn't my decision.

craig_s, have you searched in the Windows Hosting area here on TopHosts?

Are you looking for personal recommendation rather than company ads? There are good Windows hosts out there – you just need to do your homework and search around… try any other review sites and other web hosting forums?

I have searched and searched, the only one that I can find that does all I need only does so on dedicated hosting and is far to expensive to justify. I have found many Windows Hosts, just non that offer shared hosting with PGP support. If anyone knows of one that does this I would love to know.

Sorry, I really do not. I asked around at the host where I work, and no one has any host to recommend that supports PGP on a shared environment. I suggest you pose that question at webhostingtalk.com. Not to recommend another forum (sorry admins), but I have seen issues like yours replied to with at least 5 recommendations. Or at best, you will be pointed in the right direction.
