Help!! Advice Needed

HELP!! I'm starting an e-business. I am selling only one type of product and have no experiance. I need some recommendations on a web host. I need the following: low initial price, ease of use (I have no web experiance), integrated shipping and credit card acceptance and 24/7 customer service (as I expect to have problems since I have no experiance). I want to be able to accept an order online, see that I have received payment via credit card and be able to ship the item the next morning via UPS, USPS, Fed Ex etc. I am also in much need of advice on how to get my product to appear on search engines.
