Yea it's good and user friendly. It'll let you build a lot of different kind of interactive webpages.

yes sitebuildercx is defnitely one of the best softwares. its pages are pretty search engine friendly and they are very easy to make.. on the other hand front page has its limitations....

Sitebuilder is good but you could always get a free web template and use that through the likes of FrontPage or Dreamweaver. That way you get to learn HTML etc while your getting your site together meaning that you can diversify your site at a later date when you feel more confident with HTML and designing in general.
