Anyone heard of Hostdepartment.com??

I signed up with these turkys 2 days ago, , 8 hours of server downtime, FTP wont let me delete files, Support dept seems to be ran by monkies....
I have asked them a simple question, like this, hi I cant delete a folder in my ftp, its called folder121 its located in my root dir, my username is xyx...
They reply:

Now mind you this takes them over 6 hours per email reply... Their live chat sucks.....
I moved 5 domains over to them, all of them are business websites that i cant keep moving around.
They user H-Sphere as a control panel and its not cheap, so i assume that this is a real host, but i cant find anything on these people.....
What you all think?
