Help! I’m being held hostage by Hostway.com. I have decided to move all of my domains to the same registrar to make my life a little simpler. So, as a domain expires I transfer it to the new registrar. I’ve moved several away from them over the past months without any problems, but now they refuse to respond. I’ve open three trouble tickets and called them. Without a transfer code the new registrar tells me they cannot execute the move. Does anyone have a suggestion of what to do next?
