JavaScript to resize/centre window, and open new on top

I am looking for a JavaScript that will do the following, via a hyperlink:

1. Centre and resize the current window to 200x150 px, and
2. Open a new frameless window on top at 780x500 px (also centred).

Please keep in mind I am not very JS-literate.
