My cpanel monthly usage statistics problem. What does it mean? I need your advice.

My situation is the following.

I am working at my site to prepare it for promotion. Cpanel usage statistics Problem stops me.
I am the beginner and I need advice from experts.
Cpanel problem is a loss of usage statistics during some days monthly, since december 2006. My requests to technical support Team lead to the same result: Cpanel works 2 weeks and then it crashs down again. And I write for tech support again and again.
