We are thinking about purchasing acehelpdesk.com helpdesk system . Anyone
here used them ? . Please do let me know

hmm... I have come across acehelpdesk for the first time and going through its features now..

but based on the helpdesks that we have used so far, its cerberus or kayako that are the best ..

I never heard of acehelpdesk . I think they are new. I find both cerberus and kayako are good helpdesk product. You can check them out.

We use Kayako ourselves. It has been the best help desk so far mainly because it integrates into ModernBill.

kayako is the best , they even have SMS each time a help tick is created , helpdesk will send u a SMS to ur phone and so you can reply to it promptly

Never used acehelpdesk.
I can recommend Kayako, Deskpro and Perldesk.
