Need advice on getting a domain released
I am very concerned that startlogic is trying to hold a domain hostage.
The domain is Kithicor.org and has been owned by Matthew St. Gelais for over 5 years now. He owned it before moving to Startlogic about a year ago. He has been unhappy with their service and wished to transfer the domain to a new host this past week.
But it seems Startlogic is having some major internal issues. They are no longer responding to emails and it seems has hired a answering service to field their calls.
Ratings on Startlogic have been dropping from good ratings ( 9 out of 10) to 1 out of 10.
what can this person do to get them to send him his release code which his new host needs in order to move his domain.
