you have lots of websites including www.websourceinfo.com at there you can find lots of free scripts, tutorials, demos, softwares etc in lots of web technologies like ASP, pHp, cgi/perl, jsp, Javascripts etc.

Also having a lot more stock of predesigned web templates with fla, psd, html etc.

Another thing to look for in hosting plans is Fantastico, if you are looking for pre installable scripts Fantastico offers around 50 scripts to install, including a couple of online web design programs.
